About my study abroad and Robotics Club

I have studied in Guam for two weeks.
I learned a lot of things. I went to on weekdays, I went to the school called ‘St. Paul Christian School’ which is a local school and studied with the local high school students. I talked with many people. I thought it important try to hard to speak English even if I cannot speak well.
I learned robotics assembly and programming from students and teachers who are creating robots to actually participate in robot contests after taking a class of robotics done in the class and after school.
The first day, I learned about convention robot that participated in last year in. Hawaii. I used that robot. It was cool and good performance. I also wanted to make such a robot.
I was taught the mechanism of the robot that participated in the robot contest. That robot has a lot of function.
I noticed that there are a lot of function to move the robot. Everything need to make it.
Every functions have different roles like people that brain and arms legs and so on.
It is difficult to recognize every functions. But I want to know and someday make that robot.
I assembled Lego robot and did programming. Using a simple program to clear the task with various movements. For example,
My own program did not work well, I was very happy when I corrected it many times and it worked.
The teacher and his wife, Mr. and Mrs. Samala that tought me was very nice and kind. He was so brilliant.
Mr. Samala said me that come back to Guam Next year in January to make new convention robot.
I thought I want to come back Guam if I have chance.
